“They should know that this was a terrible experience. I was totally misled and was not able to take the tour. Viator would not refund my money and this was awful. I was 2 hours away and I took an Uber there. I paid $50 for the Uber. I called the tour guide and said I would be approximately five minutes late and the tour guide said they would wait for me.. They said they would but when I got there, they did not wait. I was on the phone with several people and one person and the other person did not keep their word. In addition, I was not…”

“Both Toledo and Segovia are beautiful. I did care much for the centre of Madrid so it was nice to go out and see these beautiful towns. Everything run smoothly and our Guide Kahn was informative and funny . Our tour happened on the day the power went out in all of Spain and our driver went thru residential areas to get us back to the drop off point as tunnels were closed. He did a great job. Highly recommend this tour”

“We didn't aspect such large crowd and the tour mixed with Spanish and English speaking crowd. Ended up they will have to explained in both the languages and as a result the explanations are so confusing. This tour is too rush, we never have enough time to take lunch or dinner and even taking pictures. Furtherance I personally think this tour duration is too long, it is from 9am to 8.30 pm. I remember they don't even allow one of the tourist to go restroom during the journey from Segovia to Toledo. Upon arrival at Toledo, we are only allowed to go restroom after visited and listened to the swords…”

Madrid day trip to Segovia and Toledo with coach transport, guided walking tours, Alcazar entry, and optional Toledo Cathedral visit.

“Tour guide was very difficult to understand on the bus ride, and didn't give information of our surroundings as we drove 2 hrs. In Toledo the group was divided and a new tour guide assigned to the English speaking travelers. She was even harder to understand and seemed to be in a hurry to finish tour. She gave no clear direction on how to get back to the meeting place. The original tour guide took over in Segoyvia and was very good but I think headphones should be used so that everyone can hear clearly.”
