“Communication to find the meeting point and the bus transportation were great. Guide was accommodating and informative, and it was an easy way to see both Avila and Segovia in a day. The only problem was the timing. We had only 30 minutes of free time to buy tickets to walk the wall at Avila, when the itinerary said we'd have 2 hours. Please adjust the description to reflect that so guests can adjust their expectations. Also, it was hard to hear the guide on the walking tour with a big group of people and the noise of cars and other people around the sites.”
