“Beware if you get sick.... I tested positive for COVID less than 24 hours before the tour. While I was not feeling well and was a little panicky trying to salvage my whole trip because I had just arrived in Spain from the US, I forgot to message the tour until right before the tour. I found out later that I could've gotten a partial refund had I contacted them earlier but I had no clue. I did what I could under the circumstances. I did get a 10% refund, which is why I have given 2 stars not 1 star.”

I can't give a higher score to the tour, though, because I couldn't understand our guide--she has a good command of the history and of English vocabulary, but her pronunciation is very difficult to follow. I would have got much more from the audioguides I saw some people using at the Segovia Alcazar and the video screen at the Segovia Cathedral.”
