He was intentional about the art he selected to talk about and it was a cohesive and organized tour through Prado on a VERY busy Saturday! A guest on the tour needed an elevator not the stairs, and David managed this with ease. My 13:00 tour was canceled for some reason and the tour company quickly booked us for the same day 14:00 tour, great communication!”

“This was a wonderful experience. Our guide (can’t remember her name but she was a tall pretty woman with long very dark hair) was so knowledgeable. She obviously had a fabulous education. She had so many great stories about the palace, its history and its inhabitants. She was funny and fun. Her knowledge of art history during the Prado visit was awesome. A great guide gives you context to what you are seeing. She was also very caring and really helped a couple of elderly ladies in the group. Did I mention the walk through the city from one place to the next? That was wonderful too. It’s a tour…”

“Very difficult to find meeting point...very disorganised at meeting point...very poor audio equipment ..guides english was very basic to such an extent that information she gae was misleading...we booked for a 1pm tour...did not get thru etrance until nearly 1.45....we left tour after entry”

She persisted and went above and beyond, seeking out quieter areas of the Prado (it was “unusually busy”). “We (4 people) enjoyed our tour, our tour guide Jose was very knowledgeable. We followed a schedule but we didn't feel very rushed. We had time for restroom and coffee break (optional, otherwise you can freely explore the palace,palace grounds on your own) Met up on a certain spot to carry on with the walk to the Museum. overall the tour met our expectation. Highly recommended.”
