“We booked this supposed free tour, when got there they asked for a euro for each of us, they put us in the wrong group, so we didn't even get the right tour, they put us in the Bourbon walking tour, which we had pretty much seen everything in that your in a previous tour. When I asked the guide if we were going to Retiro Park, he said no. That was a different tour. Our guide was very nice, but also make note that they ask you to pay for the tour between 15 to 20 per person and say they take card or cash. So not exactly free...”

“If I could recommend one activity in Madrid, it would be The segway tour. Our guide Izzy was amazing! super knowledgeable about Madrid, it's history and fun facts. Izzy kept myself and my daughter safe on Madrids busy and hectic roads. It has most definitely been a highlight of our trip and we were sad when it ended. Its a perfect way to see the sights of Madrid.”

“So much fun! Initially I was scared I wouldn’t get the hang of it but as we rode I became more comfortable and at the end of the ride I didn’t want it to end 😅 Our tour guide was very patient and a good teacher. The park was beautiful. Such a good idea to use a Segway for it.”

“If you love to know more about the history then this is the tour for you. The guide was really friendly and funny throwing jokes in between so the tour wasn’t so boring with o let history. I took the option to get a tour of the Retiro Park and the I recommend it if you want to know again about the history. The guid had a nice way of connecting the history between rooms of the plane as well as the park.”
