“We booked this supposed free tour, when got there they asked for a euro for each of us, they put us in the wrong group, so we didn't even get the right tour, they put us in the Bourbon walking tour, which we had pretty much seen everything in that your in a previous tour. When I asked the guide if we were going to Retiro Park, he said no. That was a different tour. Our guide was very nice, but also make note that they ask you to pay for the tour between 15 to 20 per person and say they take card or cash. So not exactly free...”
