“Very nice balloon ride but had a few issues. 1 They balloon fliers showed up to the field 30 minutes after they told us to and then it took them an hour to inflate. Seemed like there was a way to be more efficient with out time. 2 We were assigned a pilot but then we got a different one with no explanation. 3 We took off second but landed first 15 minutes less flight time than the other balloon. 4 The pilot awkwardly kissed every girl one at a time while giving a silly certificate. “Such an awesome experience! Our driver Emanuel picked us up right at our airbnb and both him and the pilot were so great! The balloon ride was long and we got many views of segovia and the surroundings, we went to various heights throughout the flight and it was so exciting, very peaceful and never felt unsafe at all. Usually the balloon will hold 8 people but we only had four which was nice. The food after was great and after the flight we stayed in Segovia and bussed back to Madrid which was quite easy. A highlight of our trip, cannot recommend enough!”

“Super fun experience! The team is very effective and you feel taken care of. The view is amazing, though you don’t get too close to the castle. The snack is a nice touch but it’s important to note that there is not a bathroom option for the whole tour. The pickup/drop off went well. We definitely recommend it! And make sure you pack good closed toe shoes because getting in and out of the basket is a lot and be prepared for the landing. Again super fun and an amazing memory!”
